It strengthens and detoxifies the body by eliminating toxins and balancing the body's pH.

Use: Apply in the same way as traditional salt.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends that an adult's daily salt intake should not exceed 5g (one teaspoon) from all sources (including salt in food).

Ingredients: Himalayan fine salt, fortification substance: potassium iodate. Potassium iodate content 3.9 +/- 1.3mg / 100g of salt.

Gem salt: pink salt comes from the foothills of the Himalayas at the Khewra mine in Pakistan. Discovered by Alexander the Great, it has been traded since the Indian Mughal Empire in the Middle Ages. This salt is pure, non-iodised and rich in iron. It is highly prized in cooking, with a salting power equivalent to sea salt and containing more trace elements. This salt has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine.
